Unlike the sport venue of Schutzhund, we don't pattern train nor do we condition our dogs to be "bite sleeve happy." Our members understand that crime is on the rise and home invasions are part of the issues folks are facing nationally. We know that "Fluffy" will more than likely NOT save you if the "bad guy" breaks in. Genetics and training speak volumes to this misunderstanding!

Feeling safe, taking proper safeguards, and training our dogs for K-9 Personal Protection are some of the foundations of our club. Like a good martial arts student, we train for the "what-ifs." Start from puppies, our dogs understanding when, where, how, and why they are permitted to bite. There isn't anything in our training which "makes the dog mean" or creates an "attack style dog."
